2. Data we process

We may process your name, contact details, email, province, preferred language, insurance type and message. For security and traceability, we may record the date and time, page or form, source, campaign, UTM parameters, consent text version and chosen channels. Website forms do not request bank details, medical reports or sensitive documents.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We use data to answer enquiries, prepare insurance guidance or preliminary proposals and provide requested follow-up, based on pre-contractual steps or the requested service. Customer data is used to manage the relationship and meet legal obligations. Commercial communications by email, WhatsApp, SMS or phone are sent only with specific optional commercial consent or another applicable legal basis, with an easy withdrawal option. Analytics and advertising remarketing are used only after the required consent.

4. Recipients and providers

Data may be shared as necessary with partner insurers, public authorities where legally required, and hosting, email, CRM, automation, analytics, advertising and support providers. We do not sell data.
